Joint workshop meeting

Želiv Premonstratensian Monastery
Czech Republic
due to COVID-19 pandemy postponed to May 30 - June 4, 2022

In view of the continuing corona virus pandemic and after consultation with our Advisory Committee, we have decided to postpone the workshop to June 2022. The primary reasons for this decision are that the EAGE has decided to postpone its Annual Conference until October 2021 and at this time we are not sure whether travel restrictions to the Czech Republic will still be in place during June 2021. Moreover, we have come to the conclusion that early summer still offers the best conditions for the character of the workshop (outdoor discussion and walking, barbecue, excursions etc.).

Therefore we postpone the APSLIM II/19th IWSA workshop to May 30 - June 4 2022. These dates have been chosen under the assumption that the corona crisis will have subsided by then and in alignment with the EAGE 2022 Annual Conference, which will be held in Madrid from June 5 to June 9 2022.

For those who have already paid their workshop fee, we again offer two options: 1. refund the fee, or 2. we will save your fee until the workshop takes place. Please let us know if you wish your fee to be refunded.

In case you have already submitted an abstract, this can still be used, or updated as you wish.

We regret having had to make this decision, appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you in June 2022.

We would like to take this opportunity to wish you all the best and good health,

Kind regards,

Petr Bulant
